Quick Opening Closure, Pipeline Pig

The quick opening closure is composed of cover, base, start system, seal ring, swiveling jib, safe lock plate and pressure relief system. It has advantages of self locking, shock proof and secondary pressure relief. The seal ring is hard wearing, which ensures sealing capacity,and it doesn’t rotate relatively to the cover when the closure is locked. The trivalvular clampring achieves even stress which reduces the length of screw rod and makes the closures opening and closing quick and convenient. The occlusion area between the cover and the clamp-ring is over 90%, which is suitable for gas pipeline with high pressure and big diameter. The main bearing parts are made of forged steel without welding parts.
